  • Can I book on someone else’s behalf?
    Yes, All you have to do is to provide the registered guest's name and complete the details such as arrival and departure date, mobile number and email address.

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept cash on site and online payments like Paypal & Paymongo through the Website. However, we are one in the continuous fight against COVID-19 so we aim for a contactless payment method. Booking through website and other OTA prepaid channels are the best choice.

  • What is the difference between daily and monthly stays?
    Daily Stay typically refers to short-term stay where guests book a room for 1 night up to less than a month. Rates are on a daily basis. Monthly Stay refers to longer-term stays where guests book a room for a month or longer. Rates for monthly stays are often discounted. Rate for monthly stay is on a monthly basis.

  • What time is your check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN.
  • Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?
    FOR CITY HOTELS EARLY CHECK IN RATE : Early check-in is only allowed from 6am onwards with an additional charge of Php 500.00 and is subject to availability. Requests for early check-in earlier than 6am will cost a full-night rate. LATE CHECK OUT : Late check-out from 12pm to 2pm has an additional charge of Php 200.00, while 12pm to 6pm is P1000 and 6pm beyond stay is considered a full-night rate. NOTE: SUBJECT TO OCCUPANCY LEVEL
  • Is a security deposit required upon arrival?
    Yes, upon checking-in, a PHP1,000 incidental deposit is required which will be refunded upon check-out.
  • Do kids stay for free?
    Children ages 12 years old and below are free of charge. 13 years old and above is considered an adult and it has a charge of PHP500.
  • Can minors (under 18 years old) stay in the hotel?
    Yes, but they need to be accompanied by an adult. If an adult is not present, then you must present a complete parental consent form along with a valid copy of the signing parent’s ID in order to stay in a room.
  • Do you give discounts for Senior Citizens or PWD?
    Yes, we give due importance to our Senior Citizens and PWD. Discounts are applicable for walk-in guests only. It cannot be applied for online booking or any conjunction with other promotions.
  • Can I use your swimming pool even if I’m not staying in your hotel?
    Our swimming pool is intended only for all our hotel guests.
  • Can I bring my pet inside the hotel?
    Apologies, but pets of all kind are strictly not allowed in the hotel premises.
  • Are smoking rooms available?
    All rooms are non-smoking. If this shall be violated, a P1000 fee will be charged accordingly.
  • Is cooking allowed inside the room?
    Cooking is not allowed inside the room, but you can make a food delivery or you can bring food with no corkage fee.
  • What should I do if I forgot something in the room?

    There is a surcharge of PHP500 for an extra person. No extra bed will be provided.

    Extra beds are not available
  • Can I bring visitors?
    Friends or family members are allowed to stay in the room until 10:00PM only. 10:00 PM onwards will cost an additional charge of PHP500.
  • Are visitors allowed in the hotel room?
    Guests’ visitors are allowed until 10:00 PM only. They are required to log in on a security’s log book and leave their ID for them to have a visitor’s pass. Guest beyond 10 pm will be charged P500.00
  • How much is the rate for long stays?
    Thank you for your inquiry regarding the rates for long stays at our hotel. We appreciate your interest in staying with us for an extended duration. To provide you with accurate information, we kindly request that you specify the duration of your stay. We have a long staying guest which is more than 1 month and is priced per month and with a contract. Prices usually starts at 25,000/month excluding electricity and water depending on room type. We need a deposit for this type of accommodation. We also have extended stay hotels which provide discounted hotel rates depending on your number of days stay. Once we have better information, we will be able to provide you with a quotation with appropriate rates. We look forward to hearing from you and assisting you further.
  • Are water and electric bills included? If not, how much will it be?
    For long staying guests , rates for water and electricity are excluded
  • Does your Hotel give discounts for monthly stays?
    Prices are fixed unless there is a promotion.
  • What are the special offers included on LSG?
    Please see individual terms and condition because each rate sheet and promotion is different
  • How will the process of payment be?
    For a Long Staying Guest, you may settle through cash and checks. You are required to pay the full amount either though PDCs or cash for the duration of the contract.
  • When will it be possible to request MUR and linen changes?
    We provide a one -time linen change services only during check-in. After this, you will have to maintain the linens until the end of your stay or check out. However, if you wish to request for MUR and change of linen during your stay, additional charges for these requests shall apply.
  • Is there a security deposit? When will I receive the deposit back?
    There is a (1) month security deposit for a one month stay and (2) months security deposit for more than one month stay which shall be refunded within thirty (30) days after the expiration of your Lease Agreement.
  • Is there an advance rental?
    There is a (1) one month advance rental.
  • What if I want to extend my stay?
    You have first right to renew your lease before it expires. Just reach out to your leasing associate and they will gladly assist you.
  • Can I get something delivered to the hotel?
    Yes, you can, but we recommend you let the hotel reception team know if you’re expecting a delivery. We are not responsible for any loss or damaged packages.
  • I want to request additional amenities, are there fees?
    Yes, a minimum charge applies. Please call our front desk or talk to Lexi for your request.
  • Do you have on-site laundry service?
    Laundry service is not available.
  • Does your online rate include breakfast?
    We do not have any in-house meals yet.
  • Do you have shuttle service?
    We don’t offer a transport service.
